I started training with Jake and the IEP team in 2023 and initially knew their approach to movement, training and performance was on a whole different level. No one in the LE or Mil training world was addressing this critical need in the way they do. No. You can train with Vinnie in person at the Fit One Four location in Sunbury, Ohio, work with him through fully remote online coaching from anywhere, or schedule in-home personal training if you’re located in the central Ohio area and have equipment available.
Yes. Workout-only programming is available for people who want a structured training plan without full coaching. Most clients, however, see better results with ongoing support and accountability as goals and schedules change.
What makes your personal training approach different?
Vinnie’s coaching focuses on sustainability, structure, and evidence-based training. There are no extreme programs or one-size-fits-all plans. Every client gets a realistic approach designed to build strength, improve health, and support long-term consistency.
Do I need to be in shape before starting personal training?
Not at all. Many clients start feeling unsure, out of shape, or overwhelmed. Vinnie meets you where you are and builds a plan based on your current ability, goals, and lifestyle so progress feels realistic and sustainable.
In-person means training face-to-face with Vinnie at the gym in Sunbury, Ohio. Online coaching delivers the same personalized program and accountability remotely. You can be anywhere in the country. Both include a custom plan and ongoing support.
