Not at all. Vinnie works with people at all fitness levels, from complete beginners to people getting back after a long break. You start where you are, not where you think you should be.
That depends on your goals, schedule, and current fitness level. Most clients start with 1-3 sessions per week. Vinnie will help you figure out the right frequency on your free call.
No problem. Vinnie also offers fully remote online coaching so you're never left without support if life gets in the way. Both options can be combined.
