I’m Vinnie, a personal trainer and health coach who believes that fitness should fit your life, not take it over.
Like a lot of people, I struggled with fat loss. After college, I lost more than 60 pounds, not through extremes, but by building habits I could actually keep. No crash diets. No marathon cardio sessions. And definitely no swearing off cheeseburgers forever.
That experience shaped everything I do today. I understand what it feels like to be overwhelmed, busy, discouraged, or unsure where to start. My coaching is built around helping people break out of that cycle with simple, realistic strategies that work for real life.
I’m not someone who lifts a few weights and decides to give advice online. Coaching is something I take seriously.
