Hey, I’m Vinnie Antonelli, online personal trainer, fat loss coach, and your future fitness sidekick (minus the tights).
I’m not just some guy who lifts and decided to make a fitness page.
I’m a nationally board-certified health coach and certified personal trainer with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, plus minors in Nutrition and Psychology. I’ve racked up multiple advanced certifications because helping people change their lives shouldn’t be left to guesswork or Instagram trends.
Like a lot of people, I struggled with fat loss. After college, I lost over 60 lbs, not through magic, but by building habits I could actually stick with. No crash diets. No endless cardio. And definitely no giving up cheeseburgers.
